Isaac - 2 years and 5 months

Isaac at 29 months old:

• Isaac is continuing to talk like crazy! New words and phrases every day!! He's still a little hard to understand but we can usually figure it out.
• He says, "right?" after everything he says and expects us to repeat what he says. He will do this over and over until we finally get what he is saying.
• He is a really good eater and will try almost anything. (Until he hears Anna Kate whining about it!)
• He can spell his name: I - eh - A - A - C! At bedtime I touch each one of his fingers as I say the  letters of his name so now he uses his fingers as he spells it.
• He knows all his letters (most of the time)! 
• He usually counts, "8, 9, 8, 11, 6, 11, 2." Every once in a while I can get him to start at one.
• The other day we pulled into the PetCo parking lot and he said, "O C T E P spells pet store!"
• He LOVES to read books and point out everything. Each book has its own set of things he does.
• We went to the allergist this month and still don't have any answers on the peanut allergy but we have a plan for our next steps. Isaac totally charmed the nurse and the allergist.
• He has the BEST manners. He always remembers to say "thank you!" Even days, weeks, months later he talks about whoever gave him something and then says "thank you" again.
• I love the way he says, "Okay Mom." when I give him a direction. The way he says it is as if he's totally giving in.
• He is LOVING his "friends" - his stuffed animals. He likes to play with them and have them say things. 
• He loves to color and tells me what he draws - rockets, footballs, etc.
• Isaac is just so cute! I just love his fun personality.
